You can cancel the hold request for one or more items.
To cancel a hold request
Log in to your user account.
Click the Holds link.
iPac displays a list of all the items that you have requested.
Do one of these options:
To cancel all of the hold requests in the list, mark the box to the left of the Title column.
Mark the box next to the hold request that you want to cancel.
Click Cancel Request.
When you are finished, log out of your user account.
